How can I transfer a record in one table to another table using a comand button? Is this possible? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Yes this is possible. You have two ways to do it. One create A append table querry whcih will transfer the records in your query to then of of the 2nd table. The other would be to write some VBA dealing with recordsets using DAO or ADO. I have some of this done in access 2000 using DAO that I can convert to Access 97 if need be. You need to be a little more specific on what you are trying to accomplish so I know the best way to help you. Dave
