Transcription of voicemail

My customers have started asking for transcription of voicemail. Many of the cloud providers offer it as a feature of their voicemail product. Has anyone used a service with the IPOffice to offer transcription?

I've had customers use Nuance in the past for this function. It's not cheap if I remember correctly.
