transceiver question

My setup is fiber to a Cisco 3500, to a transceiver, fiber to a another transceiver and into another Cisco 3500.

From transceiver to transceiver, the fiber should be tx to tx and rx to rx?

TX to RX it's a pair of one way pipes if you will imagine it.
