Transactional Replication

I'm trying to set up Transactional replication but at the screen where you select from Snapshot, Transactional, Merge from Transactional replication is greyed out and I can't select it. If I try this from Northwinds or another db I can select it. Any ideas on why I couldn't select? Thanks in advance.

What is the subscriber you are setting up? Is it SQL Server or other DB like Oracle, Access, etc. ?

Moreover, make sure you have already selected the Publication Articles, i.e. sql tables to be replicated !
