Has anyone made use of the transaction set editor functionality in 7 or 8 HRMS?

If so, what are the setup issues, value of report output, performance issues. Any details of your Cobol or App engine versions experiences appreciated.

Was it worthwhile? How often do you run it - or just for post-migration data validation etc?
