Transaction Logs Drive is Fill up!!! HELP

Hello All,

My Transaction Logs is increasing at a great speed. It has almost fill-up the drive housing it.

Can somebody tell me what to do to ensure that this logs does not exceed it quota or fill up the remaining space.

I will appreciate urgent solution to this. the emaining space left on the drive wiil be fill-up in a couple of days if care is not taken.

Do a full backup with an Exchange aware backup application to truncate the logs.
