I would like to set up simple transaction log to see who does what with my data. I say "simple" as I am a relativly new user. Any help would be great.

Also, does someone have some code to help me keep track of who is currently busy in the database?

check (My EXCELLENT) faq181-291. It was written lang away and far ago, so it has a few warts - but the basic concept design works well.

You need to be aware that Ms. A. in her doddering old age cannot (yet) directly trap db changes, or know about users easily, so you will need to implement full security and only permit access to the data via FORMS. Either of which is EASILY more trouble than the transaction log itself. Otherwise - enjoy the 'learning experience'.
