Transaction Log Backup Question 2

Hi,

I'm using the following SQL statement to backup my Log.

BACKUP LOG RxWorks TO RxWorks_Backup_Log

Will this append to or overwrite the existing log file?

I believe it is appending the newest transactions added to the log that were created after the last log backup.

According to the BOL, NOINIT is the default.

INIT = overwrite
NOINIT = append
