Hi,
How to check the transaction isolation level setting for CR 9.0 and is there a way to modify it? ALso what would be the default isolation level for SQL server 2000 datasource when used with CR 9.0.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think that it's read uncommited. However you can update tables in CR 9, so I'm not sure what it defaults to then...

You can issue something like the following to alter it in SQL or and SP:

SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL REPEATABLE READ
go
select * from ...

-k

Thank you!
But could I use the
"Set transaction isolation level ....." statement when writing SQL using the Command option in CR9.0.
I greatly appreciate you help.
