Transaction Entry with security limits

We have a new hire whose task will be to enter AP transactions. We would like for her to be able to look up vendors, but not give her the ability to change vendor information. If we remove her security to the vendor maintenance window she cannot look up a vendor. Is there a way to do this?

You could deny access to Vendor Maintenance and allow access to Vendor Inquiry.
