I am considering the possibility of using MySQL as a backend for a client server solution.

Curently On Windows/Novell we utilise SqlServer 7/2K and SQLBase.

On a monthly basis we ship a refreshed entire database in these two formats.

The SQLBase one is generated through SQLServers replication facility.

Has anyone managed to get SQLServers replication to work to MySQL? or SQLServers DTS?

Or should I consider another platform (Postgres?)
