Trans External caller to an External line

FOR THE LIFE OF ME I CAN NOT REMEMBER HOW TO ENABLE A NORSTAR USER TO TRANSFER AN EXTERNAL CALLER TO ANOTHER TELEPHONE NUMBER.....ITS NOT LINE REDIRECTION, ETC.
ITS TRANSFER , DIAL 9 FOR A OUTSIDE LINE AND SO FORTH.

Just set up a conference call and remove yourself from it. Supervision is required on the lines for this. If you have hook flash transfer you can program F71F78xxx xxxxF78F71 to a button and it will transfer a call directly to the 'x'ed number.
