In a 200el when the end user hits the trans/conf key the display on the 4025 sets had the words "forward to" that came up on their displays. Now a little square box appears with a dot in it and the words are gone.
The end-users swear that no-one has changed anything.
Any ideas on how to get the words back?
The trans/conf key when pressed does still transfer, the words are just missing?
