Trans a Access to word from Access

Sounds like you need to add the "word" button on your toolbar.
While in the query (just to make sure this button goes wher it should).
Right click and select Customize, then select the Command tab, then scroll down to Tools and drag and drop the Word button onto your toolbar. Mary
