Upgraded the BCM 400 from 3.7 to 4.0 and all went well until we had to re-enable the skillsets and that turned into a long drawn out mess of doing a ton of dn changes to relieve some cdn conflicts going on. Got all that fixed and now no one is able to transfer calls to a skillset internally nor are they able to transfer calls to a hunt group. Both worked perfectly on 3.7, but seemed to have stop after the 4.0 upgrade. Any ideas on where to check in the system? I'm a newbie to the bcm and my provider knows less than me if you can believe it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
