Tranferring Problems after Upgrading BCM 400 from 3.7 to 4.0

Upgraded the BCM 400 from 3.7 to 4.0 and all went well until we had to re-enable the skillsets and that turned into a long drawn out mess of doing a ton of dn changes to relieve some cdn conflicts going on. Got all that fixed and now no one is able to transfer calls to a skillset internally nor are they able to transfer calls to a hunt group. Both worked perfectly on 3.7, but seemed to have stop after the 4.0 upgrade. Any ideas on where to check in the system? I'm a newbie to the bcm and my provider knows less than me if you can believe it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Got it fixed. Had to manually rebuild every skillset and they then were able to transfer to those. Guess thats another issue logged from upgrading.
 

Did you upgrade your bcm to 4.0 using v2.21g cd's?
 
Yeah, I used the 2.21g cd's and was able to apply 2 patches after the upgrade, but then it wouldnt load any more patches. One support call said to try and download the manager from nortel's website instead of using the one from the bcm itself. That worked for loading the rest of the patches. The only thing I could do to make it work was to rebuild the skillsets from scratch.
