Tranferring Data To A New PC

I am currently using OE 5.5, and will be geting a PC with OE 6. How do I transfer ALL of my data to the new PC?

Go to "File" and "Import" and direct it to the old pc I find that you need to say it's OE 4 to get 5.5 or just upgrade the old one and choose 6
