I know this is a pretty noob question, and im not sure if this is in the right forum, but here goes.

1. Whats the easiest way to transfer all my old files from my old computer to new? I do not have a burner...
2. I have a couple of licensed programs that i no longer have the disks for (My adobe cs, very important to me). Is there anyway to tranfer this and other similar programs over?
3. After i transfer all my old files over, i want to wipe the old pc clean... anything else i should do besides deleting the files and reformatting?

Thanks a bunch!

Unless you use Ghost or something like it your installed programs will probably not work. As to the transfer I would stick the old HD into the new computer as a slave drive.
