I have a BCM50 3.0 with 12VM seats, no AA or CCR, just good old real life customer service.
So I am reading all the threads about voicemail and I am unsure if what I am thinking is the solution is making sense. I have tried it and failed so here is the ?. If I have a caller come in and the receptionist picks up and DN308 is on another call, I just have to hit feature 984 and then the DN, then hang up the phone? I am trying to make sense but for every answer I find somebody always seems to have another option that doesn't make sense to me. Thanks for the help.
