I have two pbxs(11c rls 24.24 y 81c rls 25.30) where the transfer key(m3904) get stuck sometimes. I have to disable enable the phone to solve this problem.
what can I do?

get a new phone...sounds like a short in the phone.
Is it doing it on both systems. If so, definitely the phone.
not all cars come out of detroit perfect....not all phones come out of canada perfect....chalk it up to "out of box failure" return it or get your maint. provider to fix it.

Thanks for the answer. I made a mistake: the only way to solve the problem was not to disable/enable but to out the key where the transfer was.
Next time the problem happen (its not frecuently) I will change the set (I ve changed them before with no luck). By the way the problem has been with M2616 in one switch and 3904 in the other, what makes me think of some patch?
