Tranaslate access # field to words

I have an access data field of number long that I would like to transalate. The values in the fields are 6 characters. I want the last 2 character to translate to a month text. Example 200203 would return 2002 March or 200301 would return 2003 January.

To grab/translate the month:
Monthname(CDbl(mid(totext(200302),6,2) ))

to grab the year: mid(CStr(2003),1,4)
