Training??

Hey all,

What type of training do you think is hot right now aside from Nortel classes? I have taken SCCS admin, scripting 1, and various Nortel PBX classes. It seems I'm not getting what the industry demands. Any ideas??

I was thinking of taking an VOIP class (nortels) or maybe a Call Pilot, but unsure if I should venture out into other realms other than Nortel product classes. I just want to be in the news about what's hot in training these days..

VOIP. You can build on your current training base by taking the Succession classes. At the same time, you may need to get some training in networking (lan/wan) and routing.
