Back around the time of the Lucent-->Avaya changeover there was a CD-ROM that contained a CBT for Merlin systems. Here's the specs I see from some of my files:
Global Learning Solutions - Merlin Legend Features & System Administration. Comcode: 407552777. PEC: 1471-001. Course Number: BTT236M/BTC412M.
I think by calling the main Avaya Customer Service number (found on you can get connected to their Documentation group that still sells legacy media such as this. If this winds up being dead end, the Avaya website has lots of documentation about programming and features that you can review.
Let me know if you're still able to get the Comcode for this older Lucent CD-ROM.

I checked and they have apparently discontinued carrying the Merlin CBT series. Maybe try as they probably brought the Global Learning Solutions CBT to their end.
