For the past year I have been learning how to manage our phones and queues etc in our call center. We have a Nortel Option 81c. Upgrading soon to a 1000E. More and more I am being asked to do more things with our PBX and would like to get some formal training. Could someone point me in the right direction here as to where I can take courses in the Toronto area? Obtaining any kind of certifications would even be better.
