Training With Two Listeners

We currently have an IP Office 406 and a call center where individuals use a mix of 5602 and 5610 phones. All of our agents use Avaya Wireless Headsets (AWH-55). What would be the best method to train new hires that need to sit with an agent and listen in on support calls?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
 
A splitter cable on the headsest or silent monitoring (and I would say searching the 10,000 other times this has been asked but I hear search is broken).
 
I have an idea. I dont know if this would work. Could one person start a call listen then conference in the other?
