Training satisfaction forms

Does anyone have a lnk to a site(s) that I could find templates or examples of client satisfaction/training evaluation forms for after a training session is completed.

Hi Lexus,

Didn't think of techr to be honest but its done now. Was just a mixture of being lasy and seeing if I could find any new ideas but have finished it after a few beers to help the thinking process.

We have our own Evaluation Form that we use for our classes here but you can also search google for Class Evaluation Forms and I bet you come up with a whole bunch of them.

It's not laziness. It's just not wanting to reinvent the wheel, right??? *laughs*
