Training Recommendation

I work for an ISP/CLEC and am looking for some training on t-carrier. I know SONET, but am not up to speed on testing T1s/T3s and dont understand them completely. I know the different test patterns are useful to prove different parts of the network are broken or working correctly, but have not found a good reference on those so far.

Does anyone have a recommendation on maybe a boot camp with labs or at least some good books on the subject?
