training online?

Does anyone know a good place to go online for training on topics like mdx and sql server? I am in desparate need of training on mdx and sql. There are so many forms of information. Online tutorials, videos and classes. Has anyone found a great place for online/video training? If so where?

The more I learn the more I find I know nothing.

I don't know of any good online training but I think the investment in a 2 day MOC on MDX is worth the investment. An excellent source is George Spoffords "MDX Solutions: With Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services" is a great resource for beginers and experts both. And there is always here.
