Hi
I want to get back into telecoms in the UK install and service, I have experience with the Ip office 401,406 and 412 systems, some exposure to Ip500 level 5 and Avaya Index I know things have changed and need to know
1.Is it possible to get IP office accredited via web or external training courses and approx cost?
2.What chance would I have getting back into the industry over 20yrs experience fitting business systems in the UK.
3.What IP courses/recommendations would get me a boost to get up to speed with networking?
Thanks

Where in the UK are you based?

Northwest.
Don't you need to have a some sort of account/business dealing with Avaya or a reseller to get a SSO login?

Unfortunately yes. Go to ipofficeinfo.com. he has a ton of information that can get you started on your certification.
