I've written a database in Access for an insurance company which ultimately exports the data from Access to Word to fill in a quotation for the customer. Everything works well, with 30 or more fields exporting correctly. My issue is with an Access currency field.

In the table that holds the data to be exported, there might be a value such as $97.20. Within the table, the amount is formatted correctly. However, upon export to Word it becomes $97.2 and the final zero is dropped.

How can I format the Word field to leave the final zero in place? I'm working with Office 2007 on this one.

Thanks. I'll check it out the next time I'm there. It seems to be something simple, and hopefully this will cure it!
