Trailblazer connect issues??

We have a new AS2 customer using Trailblazer on an AS400-we can send to them and get an MDN but when they try sending to us they get an error message ZMOD HTTP. Message to 0000000009 is undeliverable. Anyone else encounter this??
What could the cause be? Much thanks
