I have a graph showing a date and a console which shows a PEG count of calls for each hour of the day from 9 to 5 but the lines indicating manned and servicing minutes just ends after 1PM and resumes again at 4PM. could this console have been in BUSY? if so, how am I seeing a PEG count of calls during these three hours?
