Traffic Shaping

Hello. I have a frame-relay map-class set up on my DLCI for 128K but when I run the command show traffic-shape it shows that the target rate is 56000 what would be causing this?

thanks for your response. I figured it out, my provider gave me the wrong DLCI's so my router was seeing two of them and defaulted to 56k on the DLCI that I had not configured a map class for
