Traffic Reports on Mitel 200 ICP

Have a customer that wants to get easy to read / request traffic reports from Mitel sx200ICP.

What specifically do they want to find out?

Have you looked at the docs on the SX200 Traffic Reports?

Yes, but they are wanting something they can go into and pull reports on demand, like a ACD reporting package.

From date to date, etc.

You will need a third party software program to compile the raw data from the Mitel into on demand reports.

There's a software provider in Canada that I quite like called Genesis.

I'm sure others will be able to give you suggestions as well.

P.S. the call accounting package from Mitel that runs on the Prairiefyre application SUCKS.
