Is there any way to accurately measure how many call, incoming and outgoing are made on a route. From looking at the TRREP for the route I'm measuring it would appear that printouts using period =1 or period =2 shows calls that have started in one time period and ended in another, will be counted in both periods. i.e a call that starts at 08:28 and finishes at 08:33 will be counted in the 08:15 - 08:30 period and the 08:30 - 08:45 period is this correct.
