Hi!

I'm not very familiar with the Nortel Meridian system, but I wonder if it's possible to do traffic measurements on operators to get information about:

- Total number of calls broken into total answered, busy or abandoned calls.
- Total number of calls disconnected by caller before operators answer.
- Average ringtime before answer.
- Average call duration.

Is it possible to get these data presented in columns and lines representing periods of eg 30 minutes?

Best regards

1st - yes you can get the data your after.
2nd - you need to set this up in LD2.
3rd - the output is in Nortel's own text format.
4th - you need an application to convert this text to spreadsheets, such as Nortel's MAT, OTM or SwitchView.
5th - if your good at VBA - you could do your own Excel macro.
