Traffic Measurement

I am trying to setup traffic measurement for my 11c co and tie trunks(all trunks for that matter). Using ld 02, i set up a reporting schedule for Customer Reports.

.tshc 0 01 05 31 05
00 23 3
1 7

I also used:

.sopc 0 1 2

to enable network and trunk reports.
When I enter "invc 0 2", all I get is zero's in the data fields. Is there a system parameter needed to turn on traffice reporting? Any other hints?

MaxJohnson,

Insure that the command used is in the format SSHC and that the corresponding TTY is set for the correct baud rate and more important, that its USER prompt has TRF in its field. Also, don't forget to use the SOPN C rr command for your network report which you did not include in your note. Good luck.
