Traffic between two Exchange servers

Hi,
Is there any way in Exchange 5.5 (or its performance counters) to find out how much data traffic is being sent between two Exchange servers that are within one site in a single organisation?
We are having some performance issues after shifting some mailboxes to another Exchange server. Many thanks for any help.
