Has anyone put together or found a location where I can find a trading turret evaluation questionnaire? I'm setting up a mini "bake-off" so that my traders can get familiar with the operation and features of IPC, BT, Speakerbus and Wesley - Clover (Mitel) turrets. I'd like to address issues such as ergonomics, ease of use in setting up personal pager, placing lines on speakers, setting up conferencing, speed dials, etc, rearranging button appearances, etc.
I want to provide my traders with the opportunity to provide a robust evaluation of each vendor's product.
they will have about three weeks to test the turrets.
