tracking who moves a folder in a share possible? or prevent?

We have a share that we give everyone full rights to.. this really needs to remain the case.. but every once in a while this folder gets moved out of its root folder and into a subfolder in that root.

I either need a way to actually see who did the move or to simply prevent it from being moved?

I cant recall.. but if I opt to not allow "full control", but just modify rights to everyone on that individual folder in the root, would this prevent it from being moved as well..

Any thoughts?

If you enable auditing of object access in your security policy plus audit at the folder level, you should be able to track who moves the folder since this behavior will generate an event in the event log
