Tracking visitors inside the swf?

Has anyone had any experience with FlashTango ( )?

They are able to monitor visitor behavior live on Flash sites, i.e. what visitors do while in the swf movie. Their demo account looks great, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has actually used the service... Any experience, good or bad?
