Howdy. Running a Windows 2000 SP2 server with Citrix v1.8 SP3. Was using Citrix Resource Management Services prior to migrating from NT4 to perform this task. However, post-migration, CRMS is available only to NT4 not W2K.

Does anyone know of a good product or means within Citrix of tracking user activity at the application level? I'd appreciate the help.

SysTrack 2.01 runs on any Windows system and and Citrix system. It was written by the same company that wrote the original Citrix RMS product (formerly known as SysTrack 1.0). The new product was completely re-written and includes many new features --- too many to list. If you would like more information please let me know.

...or Resource Manager that comes bundled with XPe. CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

FYI.. Despite the info on Citrix's web site, RMS can be installed to 1.8 on 2K. Working fine now without any of the bugs that happened on NT even. (The CD's packaging reads for Windows 2000 whereas the site only mentions NT.) Who knew?

Thanks for the help.
