I work for a city government that would like to do an online/phone poll. My question is, is there a way to track how many times an extension is called? For exapmle to vote yes dial xxx or to vote no dial xxx. Any help on this one would be great, thanks in advance.

If you have and ACD system like MAX or like you can be able to compile stats for an extension, you can also see what trunk was used to call the DN.

Do you have a call logger? if so use that.
If it's small poll you could use a meridian mail menu and get stats from that.

"It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you."

Yes Merdian Mail can do this task for you. go into Operation measurment on the main menu, Then traffic reports. high light yes on service detail.

Thanks for all of your help. I believe I can get this done now.
