I need to determine what is happening to emails sent from our exchange server to one of our home workers. I can identify from the Message Tracking centre that the email is be processed internally ok, and then sent out of the company. However the recipient is not recieving the message and I cannot determine if the message is getting as far as AOL, or if the message does get to the recipients laptop and then being rejected.
Can the external route be tracked?
