Is there anyway to run a report by extension to see what that extension has called?? I donot have a CAS system, just was wondering if it can be done from the system.

You would need to add an SMDR box to the system. Then you can pump the call info out to a Hyperterminal session in a raw format to look at manually without needing call accounting software. If you need actual reports by extension, then you would need some package to do the pretty sorts etc. I have seen people write their own package and get quite good reports.

I don't think the SMDR6 will report internal calls only external calls. the cta 100 may be able to do that though, Anybody??

The CTA will but it doesn't dump it into any readable format that i can tell. You need a driver to do that for you, like NORTOOLS from RSI. I would love to be able to this if anyone knows how to extract useful data from a CTA without buying more software.
