Tracking outcalling number in Intuity.

We are getting complaints from a residence that is receiving calls from our voicemail. Is there anyway to tell which mailbox is outcalling to this number?

I changed the route pattern for this number to route to my cell in the meantime. Hopefully I will be able to find out which mailbox is calling out.

Sounds like the caller id is showing your voicemail DID number. Ours was set up this way once and we changed it.

YOu can also look at who has outcalling set up and check with them.

The Recorded Name of the individual's mailbox should "greet" the caller when they answer. Try to explain it, nicely, to the person that is receiving the calls that you need their help to solve this issue.

An Avaya remote Intuity technician can go in and find out what mailbox is calling out from the Unix prompt.
