Can outbound "Ring No Answer" Calls be tracked?
Mer Max used to track anyhting that was dialed wether the call was answered or the calling agent hung up after several rings.
it seems that Symposium uses Answer supervision to peg a "Dial" in the DN out statistic.
is there any other criteria that denotes an outbound call to be pegged?
