Tracking Nfuse usage

My co is interested in tracking users who access our network from outside the office thru Nfuse. I know I can see in the event security log when users log in and I can view the text file with daily logs in subfolders of the WINNT folder. However, these logs only show me when users start their Nfuse sessions. Once they click on Published Desktop from the apps page, the logging stops as far as I can tell. How can we tell what apps they run from the desktop? Also, how can we tell how long their session is?

If you've already identified the users, then Resource Manager provides reports on which users are running particular processes and session times - presumably there are counters for this in perfmon, but I've never tried using perfmon for this, so can't verify.

Lakeside's Systrack performs a similar function.

You haven't stated which MetaFrame version you're running;

If it's 1.8, then Citrix Resource Management Services is available as a separate product - I'm not sure how long for, though, or even if it's still available.

As far as XP goes, RM comes with MetaFrame XPe only. You may want to investigate Systrack as a possible alternative, if the upgrade is not viable.

I have downloaded the eval version of Systrack. One question...I want to included some of our Citrix servers. Do I want to do the deploy while I have users logged in to those servers? Or better to do when no one is on?
