I have been having a problem trying to track messages that are being sent to DL's. I have all of the tracking options turned on and I can track messages sent from an individual to another individual but tracking emails sent to a DL aren't trackable. Is there a way so that I can see if these messages are arriving?
The reason for this is that I have a few lists where people are complaining that there partner is getting the email but they are not. After looking at there setup and checking filters I never see the email hit the box. I need to find a way where I can gurantee delivery of the email messages sent to a DL.
Any ideas would be helpful
