I've had an issue arise where I've had to track messages from certain Exchange 5.0 e-mail accounts. No problem. But what I need to do is be able to read the body of the message sent. I have see to whom the message was sent and at what time and date, but I need more.

Most of the users have personal folders. I realize that I could use the track to see to whom the message was sent, and then using my admin privileages attach to the recipients .pst file and open it through a profile on my machine. This would be a big pain in the butt, and wouldn't work if the recipient had the .pst in use at the time or if they deleted the message before I got to.

I'm looking for a way to view the body of the messages (possibly setting up a trap of some sort?) sent from a particular mailbox via the Exchange Admin console.

All help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
