Tracking Material Resources

Hello - I am having difficulty determining how I can track/update material resource costs for a particular project.

Currently, I have a few dozen material resources defined in my resource sheet (each with a specified cost rate). I have assigned these resources to a task that requires them, with quantities of each defined. After the rest of my project was defined, I saved a baseline. I have since received project approval and have begun the procurement process and would like to update the costs and quantities of these items actually ordered, but cannot seem to find how to do this. Can anyone help?

I am not very sure about how to update this, but i think the project manager will be able to update in project professional.
